Todd Hobson, PT, DPT, ATC Clinic Manager
Physical Therapist

Sports were always a huge part of my life growing up, and I knew that I wanted to make an impact on future athletes. This lead to my undergraduate education in athletic training, but I did not want to limit myself to rehabilitation of athletes alone. I care about all patient populations and strive to help my patients achieve their highest level of function to improve their quality of life.

I am very excited about the opportunity to work in a clinic with experienced therapists who can act as mentors so that I can further develop my skills as a clinician. I feel very blessed to begin my career as a physical therapist with such a well-rounded and family-centered staff at Harris and Renshaw.

Mo Hobson, PT, DPT Physical Therapist

Growing up, I always participated in sports and had various injuries throughout my career. When I was in high school, I had a very bad ankle sprain requiring physical therapy. It was then that I decided that I wanted to be a PT. I loved the laid back and fun environment, and every therapist showed a true passion for his/her job. I wanted that type of fulfillment in my life and I wanted to influence people positively to show my love for helping others. This job is my perfect fit, and I strive to do my best to help everyone to achieve their highest level of function.

Erica Erwin, ATC

Athletic Trainer

As an Athletic Trainer, I was surprisingly not involved in sports myself, but I have always held a deep appreciation and love for them. Coming up through high school, my first interaction with Athletic Training was in the bandstands while at football games. I appreciated the way each AT took care of their athletes and I knew I wanted to have a similar career. The next time I noticed Athletic Trainers was at a rodeo where the Justin Boots Sports Medicine Team took care of all the rodeo athletes. I grew up around rodeos, cattle, and cowboys so that night I found a career that combined my love of rodeo with my love of helping people. It gave me a big goal to reach for and I look forward to attaining it. One of my favorite things about being an Athletic Trainer is the variety in the job; going from the clinic to the field to the court all in one day. I also enjoy the variety in the patients I have the opportunity to work with.

  • BS - Athletic Training, Southern Arkansas University, Magnolia, AR 2019
  • ATC - National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification, 2019
  • LICENSURE - Arkansas

I’m very excited and blessed to work with the athletes from the Mountain Pine School District as well as my new co-workers at Harris and Renshaw. I look forward to working toward and achieving my goals as an Athletic Trainer.

  • MEMBER - National Athletic Trainers Association, Southwest Arkansas Athletic Trainers Association, Arkansas Athletic Trainers Association

In my free time, I enjoy riding horses, hunting, fishing, traveling, and painting. I'm an active member in my church where I assist with worship service. I also enjoy spending quality time with my family.

Front Office
Hot Springs Village

For the past seventeen years, I have had the privilege of working in the medical field. I have worked in several different specialty offices through the years, holding different administrative positions along the way. Working at Harris and Renshaw is my first venture into the physical therapy world and I have enjoyed the more personal interaction with the patients that I have not experienced before.

When I am not working, I love spending time with my husband, Jason, and our four daughters: Emily, Charley, Maggie, and Mackenzie. I am ALL about my family. We enjoy going to the lake, go carts, shopping, baking, or just staying in and watching a movie. I am a proud softball mamma with three of my four daughters playing the sport, so we spend a lot of time on the field.
